We’ve all heard it, better to rent than to buy in this market. Well that’s all fine and dandy for those with flexibility as renters. However, for those who are homeowners and unable to shift properties they can’t shift, but also can’t reside in this means action might need to be taken. If you have a house that you had to vacate because to remain employed you had to move to another location, or for numerous other reasons, then it might be the right time to consider renting it out.
